In 1:1 online session I am inviting you to explore ancient Pranayama techniques, aiming for greater energy, balance, mental clarity, inner peace and improved health. Pranayama is ancient way to master and expand your life energy. We use our lungs and breath as a vehicle to bring, experience and expand prana in us. I offer Pranayama techniques that can help with improving mental health, physical health, release trauma from childhood and past lives, that can help improve your intuition, clarity of thought and calm down overactive brain and senses. Ancient Rishi Patanjali, author of famous Yoga Sutras once said: "Pranayama is a way to remove shroud covering your inner light and your divine nature". Regular Pranayama will let you shine as the divine sparkling Dimond that you truly are! Prior to the session please prepare your yoga mat and a bottle of still water
